Tripartite Connect 2025: Progressive Workplace Practices for SMEs

Organised by Tripartite Alliance Limited and supported by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices and the Workplace Safety and Health Council, the inaugural Tripartite Connect aims to engage senior management from Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in taking meaningful steps towards progressive workplace practices for sustainable business success.

At a time when attracting and retaining talent, boosting employee morale, and staying aligned with evolving workplace standards are critical for business continuity - particularly for SMEs - this event offers senior management and decision makers valuable insights and practical strategies to enhance their companies’ workplace practices. By adopting these progressive approaches, SMEs can cultivate a more resilient, competitive, and people-centric business culture that directly supports business resilience and workforce well-being.
