The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) is a national confederation of trade unions as well as a network of professional associations and partners across all sectors in Singapore. NTUC's objectives are to help Singapore stay competitive and working people remain employable for life; to enhance the social status and well-being of our members and working people; and to build a strong, responsible and caring labour movement. NTUC's vision is to be an inclusive labour movement for all collars, ages and nationalities. NTUC is at the heart of the Labour Movement, which comprises 58 affiliated unions, seven affiliated associations, a portfolio of businesses and six related organisations, as well as a growing ecosystem of professional associations and enterprise partners
Singapore National Employers Federation
As the voice of employers, with a membership of more than 3,800 companies with over 860,000 employees, the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) advance tripartism and enhance labour market flexibility to enable employers to implement responsible employment practices for sustainable growth. SNEF actively promotes a strong Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) culture, recognising that safe and healthy work environments are key to organisational excellence. Through advocacy, advisory services, and training, SNEF supports employers in meeting WSH standards and strengthening workforce well-being.
American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore
Established in 1973, the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmChamSG) is the largest and the most active international business association in Singapore and Southeast Asia, with nearly 700 American and other global companies with significant U.S. business interests.

Advanced Manufacturing Employees’ Union
Advanced Manufacturing Employees’ Union (AMEU) is an affiliated Union to the Singapore National Trades Union Congress. AMEU represents more than 24,000 workers employed in precision engineering, additive manufacturing, metal fabrication, mechanical engineering services, as well as manufacturing and assembly of machines and equipment used in semiconductor, automobile, electric vehicles, aerospace, and medical devices. We support workers in collective bargaining and skills upgrading, and work with companies to implement i4.0 technologies and progressive HR practices.
Association of Process Industry
Established in 1997, The Association of Process Industry (ASPRI) is a non-profit trade association that represents the interests and advancement of more than 680 Process Construction & Maintenance member companies in Singapore. These companies are mainly Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) that supply a myriad of engineering services to support Singapore’s Process Industry, covering 4 key clusters: Petroleum, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemical and Pharmaceutical.
Association of Small & Medium Enterprises
The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1986 by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs. It supports SMEs with business knowledge, resources, and access to market opportunities. ASME works with both public and private sectors to promote a pro-enterprise environment that helps SMEs start, grow, and succeed. Its flagship awards — The Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Singapore Prestige Brand Award — recognise outstanding SME achievements. ASME will continue introducing programmes relevant to SME needs, reinforcing its position as the leading business association for entrepreneurs in Singapore.
Commercial Diving Association Singapore
The Commercial Diving Association (Singapore), CDAS, was established in 2010 with the aim of representing and supporting the commercial diving industry in Singapore. As an independent, non-profit organization, CDAS is dedicated to promoting safety, professionalism, and high standards of competency across the industry. The association works collaboratively with key stakeholders, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC), various trade unions, international diving organizations, and industry professionals. Through these partnerships, CDAS advocates for new technologies, continuous improvement, the implementation of best practices, and the development of training and certification standards for commercial divers.
Container Depot and Logistics Association (Singapore)
The Container Depot and Logistics Association (Singapore) — CDAS — is the key trade body representing Singapore’s container depot operators, container logistics service providers, and hauliers.
Driven by our motto, “For the Industry, by the Industry,” CDAS champions innovation, digitalization, and green initiatives to uplift the sector. Notable recent initiatives include the Container Tracking System (CTR) and CDAS Pay ePayment Solution, which enhance efficiency, safety, transparency, and productivity. CDAS also fosters business connections, advocates industry issues with government agencies, and promotes best practices for a safer, more efficient workplace, leading meaningful change through its working committees across the container logistics ecosystem.
Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union
Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union represents all persons working in the hospitality and food sectors in Singapore. FDAWU is committed to uplifting the wage, welfare and work prospects of hospitality and food workers regardless of employment type and employee class and has been championing members’ interests and rights since 1964. Apart from work advisory and representation, FDAWU provides members with professional development and networking opportunities; the union also organises events and assistance programmes for members.
Institute for Human Resource Professionals
The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is set up by the tripartite partners: the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to professionalise and strengthen the HR practice in Singapore.
IHRP sets the benchmark standards of excellence for HR and human capital development in organisations. Through a range of national human capital programmes such as the IHRP Certification, Human Capital Diagnostic Tool and IHRP Knowledge Partner Programme and appointed as the Job Design Centre of Excellence, IHRP aims to develop HR as a strategic enabler of business and workforce transformation and foster a vibrant HR services eco-system to drive innovation and change.

SAAA@Singapore was formed with the aim of advocating the promotion, protection and development of the business of carriage of goods by air transportation in general and the air cargo forwarding business in particular. The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is the apex business chamber championing the interests of the Singapore business community in the areas of trade, investment and industrial relations. It represents more than 32,000 companies, as well as key local and foreign business chambers.
SBF works closely with partners to develop initiatives and programmes to help our members and their employees build capabilities and acquire relevant skills to seize opportunities for growth. On behalf of the Tripartite Partners, SBF administers the Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark), an accreditation scheme to recognise eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers.
Singapore Chemical Industry Council Limited
The Singapore Chemical Industry Council Limited (SCIC) is the official industry association representing the Singapore Energy and Chemicals cluster in the private sector. It plays a proactive role in representing the interests of this manufacturing sector and continues to promote it as a major economic pillar of Singapore.
SCIC has a membership network of around 170 companies including key multi-national corporations (MNCs) and small & medium enterprises (SMEs) that support the entire chemical industry supply chain. These members provide vast resources and opportunities in supporting develop a conducive business environment for the chemical industry. SCIC also provides a platform for industry members to strengthen their position in health, safety, environment & security performance and advocates regulatory issues as a unified body.

Founded by Contractors, for the Contractors, The Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) is a not-for-profit organisation established with a commitment to foster the growth and development of the construction industry. Representing more than 3,000 construction firms and allied businesses, SCAL has emerged as a vital force, uniting diverse stakeholders under a common vision of progress, innovation, and professionalism. The Singapore Hotel Association (SHA) is the umbrella body for hotels in Singapore.
Its membership is made up of hotel entities which are represented by proprietors of hotels or appointed representatives.
Its current membership comprises 171 hotels which accounts for some 80% of total gazetted room count.

Established in 1973, the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA) represents about 700 logistics enterprises today, and supports and sustains a vibrant and thriving ecosystem for the logistics sector. We offer a wide range of targeted programmes and initiatives to help businesses emerge stronger, be future ready and to stay ahead of competition.
To nurture a pipeline of global and future ready logistics talents for the industry, The Logistics Academy, a wholly owned subsidiary training arm of SLA was incorporated in 2010 to provide human capital and skills development courses to empower and deepen the skills of the workforce for the logistics sector.

Founded in 1932, the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) champions the nation's manufacturing sector by driving innovation and sustainable growth. Organised into 10 Industry Groups and supported by Associated Services, SMF addresses distinct industry needs. Focusing on sustainability, human capital, internationalization, and productivity, SMF enhances sector resilience. As a collaboration catalyst, it fosters strategic alliances and market expansion locally and globally. Singapore Metal & Machinery Association
The Singapore Metal & Machinery Association (SMMA), founded in 1935 as Ngo Kim Kong Huey and renamed in 1975, promotes mutual help and cooperation among its 245+ members (traditional dealers to modern suppliers). It significantly contributes to Singapore's economic and social development. SMMA fosters member relationships and business exchange, organizes overseas trade delegations for opportunities, and shares market information. It holds social events (golf, Lunar New Year) and belongs to the "Six Trade Alliance". The association liaises with the government on business issues. Upholding Chinese virtues, SMMA supports charities, disaster relief, and awards scholarships to members' children. Singapore Polytechnic
Founded in 1954, Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is Singapore's first polytechnic, comprising 10 schools offering 30 full-time diploma courses and four common entry programmes, serving over 12,800 students. Pedagogical innovation is paramount at SP; it implements institution-wide Flipped Learning and cutting-edge Educational Analytics. Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore
STAS: Specialists Trade Alliance of Singapore (STAS) is a collective of 14 trade associations representing specialist contractors and suppliers in the built environment sector. Championing the interests of SMEs, STAS actively supports national efforts to uplift Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through collaborations, industry engagements, and capability-building initiatives. We are closely involved in WSH-related programmes such as the Work-at-Height Safety Experience Zone, which promotes safe practices through demonstrations and knowledge sharing. United Workers of Electronics & Electrical Industries
The United Workers of Electronics & Electrical Industries (UWEEI) is an industry-wide trade union representing workers in the electronics and electrical sector.
Affiliated to NTUC, UWEEI is the third largest union in Singapore, representing over 64,000 members in more than 120 companies.
UWEEI offers a range of services and benefits to its members, including training and development programmes, social and recreational activities, advisory and representation on workplace matters.
